is located inside, access must be
sized and located per 2015 IMC

Detail 1 on 7.2 is not a door
threshold detail. Detail 4/7.6
shows a threshold but it does not
match your plans. Plans show
landings at 99'-7 3/4" and interior
ply at 100' With a 3/4" finish floor
buildup, this creates a difference
of 5" between interior and
exterior. This is ok as long as the
doors do not swing over the step
and as long as there is not more
than 1 1/2" from top of threshold
to interior finish floor. Revise this
callout on this sheet (3.2) and
detail 4/7.6.

Detail your air sealing strategy at
intersections. If the spray foam
in the cavities is your air barrier,
you'll need to seal between
double top plates, bottom plates,
headers, stud packs, etc. to
keep the air barrier continuous.
This location will also need spray
foam at the rim joist and sealant
between the sill plate and floor
sheathing.

11/27/17The mechanical plans do not appear to be updated. I will include myprevious comments below which still need to be satisfied:
Show your calculations used toarrive at the CFM and%continuous rate for the ERV.Use this equation fromOrdinance 40, 2016:Min vent rate = ((0.01 x floorarea) + [7.5 x (#bedrooms + 1)])x 0.75
Revise control sequence note tospecify the number of hours itwill run for in each 4 hour period.
