The following is a submission by Hendrickson Construction Inc. on behalf of CRMX-236, the
owner of 219 N. Monarch.
The work that we are submitting alters the amount of Snowmelt in the Exterior North Entrance
and South Terrace by adding additional square footage of Hydronic Snowmelt.
North Entrance (Front Terrace) – 50 SF
This area covers the main front stoop of the home’s front door.
South Terrace – 203 SF
This covers the South Terrace Flatwork immediately outside of the glazing wall off the living
room.
The Landscaping Plan Below shows a brief snapshot of the snowmelted area being submitted.
No Other snowmelt, Electrical or Hydronic is being submitted as a part of this change order.
REMP calcs included with the submission.
