These modifications are described below: • 1-Cover – The sketch floor plan was revised to the current floor plan. The sheet index was revised to include Sheet 105 - Roof Plan. • Sheet 103e – No substantive changes… General Notes modified per notes below on Sheet A-103. • Sheet 103 – Modifications to proposed plans described as follows: o Permanent Rooftop amenities – All permanent roof top amenities within 10’ of the building façade have been removed. o General Notes – Note #6 is now Note #5, “existing mechanical to remain”. o General Notes – Note #5 is now Note #6, “Per IECC 2009.404.1, a minimum of 50 percent of the lamps in permanently installed lighting fixtures shall be high-efficancy lamps”. o General Notes – Note #7 was added, “No changes to existing exterior rail”. o ICC A117.1-2003 Notes – Notes have been added to claify the requirements specific to the penthouse unit. o Bathroom 2 – Bathroom 2 has been identified to comply with toilet and bathing area requirements per ICC A117.1-2003 – Option ‘B’. Clearances are shown for the lavatory, toilet, and shower. o Bathroom 3 – A note was added to “provide blocking for future swing up grab bar – Bobrick B-4998 or similar”. o Master Bathroom – A note was added to “allow for future floor mounted grab bar at 2 sides of tub as indicated”, and dashed lines are indicated. o Laundry – A clearance box is indicated with dashed lines. o Kitchen – Clearance boxes are shown on the plan for the various appliances and sinks. Dimensions are shown as well. o Flooring – A wood border is shown throughout the unit where wood flooring is depicted. o Master Bedroom – The fireplace unit was modified to a Davince single side 36” x 30”. The fireplace registration form has been revised accordingly. o Gallery – The openings in the hallway have been modified and include a floor material transition. • Sheet A-105 – A roof plan was added to the set to describe the roof penetrations required for the fireplace vents.
