These plans were modified, and dated 02.23.2012, in response to various comments from the zoning department, ICC A117.1-2003 requirements, and IECC energy code requirements. Further comments were received in response to the 02.23.2017 set, and modifications in response to those comments are described below: • 1-Cover –The sheet index was revised to include Sheet 501 – Construction Assemblies/Interior Elevations. • Sheet 103e – No changes. • Sheet 103 – The washer dryer units have been modified to a stackable version centered in the middle of the laundry room to provide proper clearance for a parallel approach centered on the appliance • Sheet A-105 – No changes. • Sheet A-501 – Modifications as described below: o Floor/Ceiling Assemblies – Floor/Ceiling Assemblies were added to demonstrate a minimum amount of concrete of 6”. The wood floors are to be installed with the Sika Accubond system, and the tile conditions will be installed with a Pliteq GenieMat RST-05. The floor/ceiling assemblies will achieve an STC and IIC rating of 50 or better. A specification for the Sika and Pliteq products showing STC and IIC results are included. In addition, an acoustic performance test result is included for the Pliteq product. o Interior elevation (Bathroom 4) – The elevation was added to describe the counter height at 2’-10” above the finished floor with removable cabinetry below per exception 2 in ANSI 1004.11.3.1.1. • Fireplace Registration Form – The fireplace registration form was modified to correspond with the Davinci Right Corner 78” x 20” specified on the plans. The appropriate specification is now included in the PDF with the Fireplace Registration Form. Please contact our office with any questions.
