Parks would like both starting points of the micro-piles to be at the driplines of the neighboring trees. Please let me know if this is not an option and we can discuss encroaching into the driplines a little but not as much as it is shown on Grade 2 of the micro- pile plan sheet. I also need to see two landscape sheets. One that shows all of the trees being removed and another which shows the planting plan of the 7 aspens and the 1 spruce per your tree removal permit. These plans will also need to be included in the building permit set. As you are aware, Ian has issued a tree removal permit and once the mitigation fee of $5,073.57 is paid and these other items have been addressed, Parks can then sign off on your building permit.
