Effective June 22, 2017, City of Aspen Water Efficient Landscaping Standards,
Ordinance #16, Series 2017, shall apply to the following projects that use City of Aspen potable water:
Landscaping, grading, installing or disturbing hardscapes, additions to structures, etc. that meet the
requirements of a Major Engineering Review (a disturbance area greater than 1,000 square feet) and
25% of the entire site
OR
All interior alterations with a work area that affects 50% or greater of the existing gross square
footage

If yes, provide your proof of a raw water agreement, an account number, and/or proof of right.
