None: Interior renovation

2.3 Description:
An interior renovation of an existing 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhouse,
structural changes as required to open up floor plan. Kitchen and baths
to be completely redone. No net square footage change.
3.0 Project Documentation 3.1 Permits: A City of Aspen permit has been applied for on March 6tht, 2017
3.2 Public Notification:
A project letter will be sent to all neighbors within 300 feet of the project
before the start of construction complying with City of Aspen
requirements.
3.3 Project Sign
A project sign, complying with City of Aspen specifications, will be
erected before the start of construction.

Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

11.0 Noise Suppression 11.1 General
Compliance with the 70-decibel noise limit will be insured from June 1st
through Labor Day. Compliance of the 80-decibel noise limit will be
insured from Labor Day through May 31st.
11.2 Noise Suppression Plan
Exhibit”C” is the signed copy of the City of Aspen Construction Noise
Suppression Plan.
11.3 Requirements for Activities Exceeding 80 Decibels
All applicable rules & regulations will be complied with. Written
notification to surrounding neighbors within 300 feet of the project will be
distributed as necessary.
