This elevation is currently showing as
greater than the maximum height of 33'.
The height challenge may be because the
measurement is to the very highest point,
when that is not where we measure
height to. As per the Code, we measure
height to either the first layer of exterior
sheathing or waterproofing - whichever
comes first. Therefore, we will probably
need a detail to show where maximum
height is being measured to.

Response 7-11-18. These up lights are for the flagpole.
Allowed per Land Use code part 500 misc regs pg 50.The
type `LFL2' flag light fixture complies with the City of Aspen
Land use Code. The power consumption is less than 150
watts (actually29), it has an internal honeycomb louver
cutting light off at 45 degrees, and an external glare shield.

granted by the City Council for this building. The true
building height was a concern of the neighbors and
Council. The details 1 and 2 on sheet A641 show the
construction of the roof.
