Per the retaining wall plan on sheet S-105, it appears that the three retaining walls (northwest, southwest and southeast) that tie into the building are shown to pour up against the retaining walls for the building. Per architectural sheets A-101 and A-121 it shows the walls pouring up against the masonry on the building. Per conversation between Brian & Jonathan, the walls should pour up against the masonry as shown in the architectural plans. Also, there are a couple of dimensions that were adjusted in the same conversation. Se the attached sheet A101 for the changes to the outside of wall from gridlines 7 and 0. The overall width of the wall type 9 & 9A on sheet A001 also changes from 1'-4 ½" to 1'-5 5/8". This will make the cmu on detail 11/S300 overhang the footing by ½".
