Please refer to attached.
Please clarify the following questions on floor finishes at the 2nd floor per A162:
1.) Storage Room 228 is shown to receive Carpet 2. Per plumbing plans, water heaters will be installed in this room and
there is a drain shown in this room. Should this floor finish be sealed concrete?
2.) At the door to Pantry 219, a "WD" designation is shown on the east side of this door appearing to denote a wood floor.
However, Kitchen 218 is called to have polished concrete floors. Please confirm no wood flooring needed.

Sealed concrete is acceptable in Room 228.
Polished concrete floor is correct for Kitchen 218.
