Please see attached email.
Per the Nyloplast submittal, all inlets are being shown as drain basins. Aspen Digger, FCI's civil contractor would like to
use the Nyloplast in-line drain inlets for Inlet-1, Inlet-2, Inlet-3 and Inlet-4. The In-Line drain inlets look the same as the
basins except they do not have a 6" sump. Not having the sump would mean they will not have any standing water in
them.
Please confirm if Inlet-1, Inlet-2, Inlet-3 and Inlet-4 can be installed as In-Line drain basins in lieu of the basins as shown
on the submittal.

Using In-Line Drains for Inlet-1, Inlet-2, Inlet-3, and Inlet-4 is an acceptable substitution. All pipe inverts will need to remain
the same.

Subject:Re: Aspen Ambulance - 330000.02 -- 0 Utilities - Nyloplast Resubmittal.pdf
SAm,
In my July 9th email for the original Nyloplast submittals I asked ...... if the end inlets can be in-line drain
inlets and not drain basins for inlet 1, inlet 2, inlet 3, and inlet 4? They are showing basins on the submittal.
Can these be in-line drain inlets instead of basins? The only difference is the 6" sump so there would be no
standing water in those end inlets.
Wondering if those inlet 1, inlet 2, inlet 3, and inlet 4 can be typical Nyloplast inline drain inlets instead of full
basins?
Sincerely,
Chuck
