Please refer to the attached drawing.
Per conversations on-site between Richard Goulding with Roaring Fork Engineering and Brian Young with FCI, there is an
issue with the elevations of the retaining wall in the northeast corner of the parking lot and the concrete curb that is on the
south side of the retaining wall. The retaining wall was poured with the top of wall elevation at 8009.51 and has been
verified in the field. Per drawing C-112 the top back of curb on the south side of the retaining wall should be poured at an
elevation of 8011.24. The two different elevations as stated above will leave the top back of curb approximately 20" taller
than the top of the retaining wall.
Please advise how FCI is to resolve the issue of having the top back of curb 20" taller than the top of the retaining wall.
