4.1 THIS PROJECT WILL COMMENCE UPON RECEIPT OF A PERMIT
AND WILL LAST UP TO 10 MONTHS.
4.2 CONSTRUCTION HOURS
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 7:30 am-5:30 pm
SATURDAY: 9am-5pm
NO WORK WILL BE CONDUCTED ON SUNDAYS, JULY 4, (AND THAT WEEKEND
IF THE 4TH IS ON A MONDAY OR FRIDAY; MEMORIAL AND LABOR DAY WEEKENDS;
THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY AND NEW YEAR'S DAY.
HAUL ROUTE:
EXIT THE DRIVEWAY ONTO RED MOUNTAIN
ROAD. TURN LEFT ONTO MILL STREET. PROCEED
TO MAIN ST., TURN RT ON HWY 82 / MAIN ST. EXIT
HWY 82 AT PITKIN COUNTY LANDFILL. RECYCLE
MATERIALS AS REQUIRED.
2.2 VICINITY MAP
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT NOTES:
2.1 NO DISTURBANCE TO THE EXTERIOR WILL OCCUR
2.3 THE EXISTING BUILDING IS NOW ON THE ASPEN MODERN LIST AND
WILL BE PROTECTED AS SUCH THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION.
THE PROJECT INCLUDES INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION AND REPLACEMENT OF FINISHES.
THE INTERIOR REMODEL INCLUDES LOWERING THE LOWER LEVEL SLAB FLOOR, REMOVING
A WALL AT THE MASTER SITTING ROOM AND REPLACING AND RESURFACING THE LIVING
ROOM FIREPLACE
3.2 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
3.3 A PROJECT SIGN WILL BE POSTED IN THE FRONT YARD OF THE
PROJECT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION COMMENCEMENT. THIS SIGN WILL
BE NO MORE THAN 6 SQ FT PER MUNICIPAL CODE 26.510.040 (2) AND
WILL USE THE TEMPLATE AS SHOWN IN APPENDIX A.
3.4 THE LIST OF CONTACTS IS PRINTED ON THE FRONT COVER OF
THE PERMIT SET, WHICH WILL BE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES.
5.2 EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS WILL BE MAINTAINED AT THE SITE
AT ALL TIMES VIA RED MOUNTAIN ROAD AND THE EXISTING
DRIVEWAY. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED COPY OF ORDINANCE 35 TO
PERMIT DOCUMENTS.
5.4 STAGING AREAS ARE LOCATED ON THE SITE PLAN BELOW;
DELIVERIES WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE DRIVEWAY OFF RED MT. ROAD FOR THE
PROJECT
STAGING WILL BE IN THE DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE .
EXISTING PARKING WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR THE DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION
A DUMPSTER WILL BE PLACED IN THE FRONT YARD DURING
DEMOLITION, ADJACENT TO THE DRIVEWAY FOR EASY REMOVAL.
ALL RECYCLING WILL BE PLACED IN CONTAINERS TO BE TAKEN OFF SITE TO BE
RECYCLED WEEKLY.
THE EXCAVATION AND HAULING OF THE DEMOLITION DEBRIS AND RECYCLING
WILL OCCUR PRIMARILY AT THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE SEE HAULING
ROUTE OUT OF TOWN BELOW THE
VICINITY MAP.
5.5 THERE WILL BE NO CONSTRUCTION TRAILER ON SITE.
THERE WILL BE A PORTA-POTTY IN THE FRONT YARD IN THE EVENT THAT
THE PLUMBING IS DISRUPTED.
11.1 NOISE SUPPRESSION
ALL EQUIPMENT USED ON THE PROJECT WILL ADEQUATELY MUFFLED
AND MAINTAINED TO MINIMIZE NOISE FROM THE SITE. 80 DECIBLES
IS THE NOISE LIMIT.
CONCRETE JACK HAMMERING WILL OCCUR ONLY IN THE COMPLETELY-
ENCLOSED SUBGRADE LOWER LEVEL AREA
