Hyman Unit 103 – Frame Permit #0024.2018.ACBK, Rev 1 Comment Response COMMCheck Comments: 1. Provide cutsheets on the current limiting devices. Current Limiting device cut sheet attached. 2. Provide a cutsheet on this fixture high lighting maximum fixture wattage and NRTL listing Fixture D has been revised, Cut Sheet provided, with wattage and U.L. notes. 3. Current limiter wattages for CL1 and CL3 do not match what is called out on sheet E200. Revise on or the other. Current Limiter wattages are listed in flag notes 2, 3 & 4 on sheet E-200. Listed wattages correspond with those listed on COMMCheck. Plan Set Comments: 4. Where is your point of sale located? It must be on the accessible route and meet the requirements of 2009 ANSI 904. Point of sale will be hand held portable devices. No fixed location. 5. Provide a mechanical plan showing compliant supply and return air throughout the space as this is the initial occupation of the unit. The Fan Coil Unit was installed under permit #0086.2017.ACBK. Duct installation, and termination devices are being installed via supplemental information to the Mechanical Permit of that Master Permit, by the Landlord, prior to Tenant Improvements, per their lease agreement. Submitted Mech Plans accompany this memorandum. 04/10/2018
