Lavagnino said this approach will make the Bo ?re more responsive
in discussion. it will make sure the Boari gets the questions
out and answered . Mwards said there is always a political
problem. If someone cannot figure out why he was ARM in the
discussion then it does not have to be in the motion.
Anne Austin moved to adjourn the meeting at 4: 25 p.m. ; seconded
by Prancis Whitaker . All in favor ; motion carried.
