WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council contract amendment #26 for Burlingame Phase II construction administration services between the City of Aspen and OZ Architecture, a true and accurate copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO, That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves contract amendment 426 for Burlingame Phase II construction administration services between the City of Aspen and OZ Architecture, a copy of which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Aspen.
