INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING WRITTEN ARGUMENT AND REFERENCE TO THE RECORD
All legal arguments shall be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk on or before April 9, 2021
at 12:00 noon. Such written arguments can be sent to the Clerk at
Nicole.henning@cityofaspen.com or deliver in person or by mail to the City Clerk, 130 S. Galena
Street, Aspen, CO 81611, no later than the date and time specified herein.
The record on appeal consists of recordings of the meetings, documents presented during each
meeting, transcripts of each meeting, and public comment submitted for each meeting. For
purposes of referencing each of these records in written argument submitted to City Council,
please use the following citation format:
1. Recordings from the January 13, 2021 and February 17, 2021 HPC hearings
Cite to the Recording, hour: minute: second
R1 shall refer to the January 13, 2021 hearing recording
R2 shall refer to the February 17, 2021 hearing recording
Ex. R2 1:20:53
2. Transcripts from the January 13, 2021 and February 17, 2021 HPC hearings
Cite to the Transcript, page no. found at the top right-hand corner, and line no.
T1 shall refer to the January 13, 2021 hearing transcript
T2 shall refer to the February 17, 2021 hearing transcript
