PLAT NOTES
t) The purpose of this amended plat is to modify the boundaries of the building envelope from those
previously established pursuant to Ord. No, 6, Series of 2005 recorded as Reception No. 513680 and the
Plans and Plats recorded.as Reception No. 515869 and Reception No. 563657 all of the Pitkin County
records. The net change in building envelope area for Lot 9 is zero (0).

Roaring Fork Drainage provided all system components within 10' of the Top of Slope are sub -grade.
Excavation of any type is -not permitted within 10' of the Top of Slope as 'identified by the City Engineer.
