The property is currently developed
with a single-family home.
REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION:
The Applicant is seeking a
dimensional variance to the front
setback requirement, and
administrative approval of Stream
Margin and Residential Design
Standard reviews, for a remodel and
addition to the existing structure.
SUMMARY:
A continuance is requested to hold the public hearing
on December 2nd, 2021.
The Applicant is refining the design in response to
comments received during the referral and review
process.
Staff is supportive of a continuance as it will hopefully
result in an improved project.
