REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION: The Applicant is seeking a dimensional variance to the front setback requirement, and administrative approval of Stream Margin and Residential Design Standard reviews, for a remodel and addition to the existing structure. SUMMARY: A continuance is requested to hold the public hearing on December 2nd, 2021. The Applicant is refining the design in response to comments received during the referral and review process.
