1.0 General
1.1 The purpose for this CMP is to let you know our plans for the
Temporary Exterior Enclosure.
1.2 Total Square Footage of Area Elcosure = Approx. 640 SqFt
1.3 Total Square Footage of Soil Disturbance = Zero – N/A.
1.4 CMP Submission Certificate – Attached.

2.3 The Project consists of a Temporary Exterior Enclosure.
There will be NO effect on Public Utilities.

3.0 Project Documentation
3.1 Permit Types we will be submitting :
Building Permit.
A project update shall be provided to the public on a basis no less
than monthly, via website on-site notices, or other accepted means
of notification (per request of the City of Aspen). The first public
notification shall occur no later than 10 days prior to construction.
ALL properties within 300 Feet by letter.

3.2 Project Sign will be constructed and posted within 30 days of
Construction. (Appendix A – Project Sign – Attached.)

4.0 Project Implementation
4.1 Dates of Construction :
Currently, the work is scheduled to commence around the 7th
December, 2020. It is estimated that the total duration will be 5
working Days, with a desired completion of 11th December 2020.
4.2 Hours of Construction :
Construction hours will be limited to 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday
through Friday. Construction activities will not be permitted on
Sundays or federally designated holidays. 624 East Cooper Street is
inside of the Commercial Core and Central Resort Areas.
4.3 Construction Schedule : Monday 7th December through Friday 11th
December 2020.
4.4 No excavation – N/A.
4.5 Project Fencing : N/A
4.6 Covid-19 Site Safety Plan Attached.
4.7 N/A – No Tree Issues.

5.0 Project Management
5.1 NO Right Of Way (ROW) will be needed for this permit.
5.2 Continuous access for emergency vehicles (police, fire, and
ambulance) will be maintained on and around the project site.
5.3 We will be requesting approx. 2 parking spaces via Parking Permits.
5.4 Map showing locations of : N/A – Built off site then installed.

5.6 Staging and Materials : N/A - Temporary Structure Built Off Site.
5.7 Waste Management / Recycling : N/A - Temporary Structure Built
Off Site. We will be removing ALL Trash via Rutgers Vehicles every
day.
