Due to the Declaration of a Local Disaster Emergency in the City of Aspen and as a result of both state and local public health orders, it has been determined that businesses operating in Aspen during the 2020-2021 Winter season may qualify for expedited permit review and land use code exemptions to erect certain temporary enclosures and structures. Having completely and fully read and understood City Council Resolution No. 86, Series of 2020 (the "Policy'), and understanding the limitations, risks and financial burdens inherent to installing temporary enclosures/structures, the applicant hereby agrees to comply with all, applicable building codes, & historic preservation regulations and shall remove all temporary enclosures, heaters, signage & lighting no later than May 1, 2021. City Staff reserves the right to enforce the removal of any temporary enclosures/structures that do not comply with the requirements set forth in Resolution No. 86, Series of 2020, as well as applicable Building Code and Land Use Code provisions.
