Water to be supplied by others. All electrical to be disconnected by others. Solar will be lifted and may need some adjustment after roof has been completed, by others. Transition pieces, coated metal at concrete deck will be left in place and curb will be built to divide the old from new. New drains will be required. Drains are pretty rusted out. Exclusions: Through wall flashings, carpentry work, plumbing work, exterior painting, interior painting, interior protection. Snow and Ice removal, stone work, landscaping, tie in to underground drains, roof hatch, canopies, planters, window cladding, permit, permit fees, liquidated and consequential damages. All or any changes to the scope of work indicated will be handle on a time and material basis. GZO’s hourly rate is $95.00 per man hour.
