I thought I’d follow-up with a few notes so were able to track when it comes time for building department submission. As we discussed: · Fire Truck turn around will happen at the intersection of Falcon and Moore Drives. Beyond applicable driveway standards, there won’t be any specific Fire Truck accommodations required at the end of Moore Dr. or on Lot 7. · 150 Hose Length: The current layout looks to comply with the 150 foot hose length requirement. We’ll re-check this criteria internally prior to submitting for building permit. · Hydrant Location: If, thru the design process, it is determined that an adjustment to the hydrant location is beneficial, we will work with Aspen Water Department to gain approval for that work. As long as a hydrant remains in the general vicinity, you’ve indicated you will be okay with an adjustment to the location. Please let me know if I missed anything or if the above is not per your understanding. Otherwise, have a great holiday and thanks again for the shirt.
