Thank you for making to talk last week and for meeting today.
The topics of our conversation last week included:
· Floor Area
· Sub-grade calculations
· Height
· Activity Envelope
· Lighting
·
Your provide updates to me and they look great and compliant. Please re-submit them at the date/time scheduled with
John Barker.
· Floor Area
· Activity Envelope: activity envelope shall be amended on all sheets. For example, civil, sheet L1.00 landscape,
etc.
· Height
Outstanding sheets/challenges:
· Sub-grade calculations: Claude will review the crawlspace and location of grade
· Lighting: Simon to re-submit amended plan. Please note sheet 1.1 Light is lacking a window well on wall āGā, aka
lower level room with bunk beds.
· Two entry ways; front door and mud room. Please explain the front entry there is roof above yet there is no fill
pattern. The roof overhang at this area may exceed ten feet. Please review and let me know. The mudroom
entry appears to be open to above? Again this area lacks fill pattern and needs to be counted. Sheet Z-024
illustrates there is roof over both areas.
In General:
· ZEO (Claude) will calculate impact fees
· Zoning Compliance Verification policy will apply to this project. Sheets used to establish height and location will
be listed. Simon and Claude to complete.
· Please indicate which sheet best depicts the depth of the development meets the 20ā limit?
