HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION COMPLIANCE FORM

All applications for a building permit within the City of Aspen are required to include a certification of compliance with applicable covenants and homeowner association policies. The certification must be signed by the property owner or Authorized Agent representing the property owner. The following certification shall accompany the application for a permit.

Re: Final Working Drawing Approval to Lot 7, Block G, The Moore Family PUD
Dear Mr. Harland & Ms. Leeds: -
Thank you for providing Final Working Drawings for Lot 7, Block G of the Moore Family PUD, dated
11/16/17. Your minor changes hate been approved. This letter serves as formal approval of the Final
Working Drawings for the LH Aspen LLC/ Harland -Leeds' Residence and may be used to submit for your
permit from the City of Aspen.
When you receive your City of Aspen construction permit, please submit a copy to us so your Heavy Vehicle
Use Fee can be calculated and invoiced. All payments should be made out the FiveTrees Metro District.
A Construction Compliance Deposit in the amount of $20,000 is also required prior to construction. Please
let us know the status ofdocumentation showing that the previous owners'construcoba, compliance
deposit was transferred with the purchase ofyourproperty. Once the Final Working Drawings are stamped
and dated for approval, all DRB fees are paid, and you have received all necessary approvals and permits from
the City of Aspen, construction may commence.
