This renovation was discussed and granted conditional approval by the Board of Directors at today's Board Meeting. They intend to use Bob McDonough as their general contractor for these renovations. Bob is familiar with the property and has work at Larkspur previously. After much back and forth, I have summarized the requested projects for both units below. Unit B-1 Construction Schedule in the spring 2021(TBD based off of condo board approval & city approval) A sanitary facility, a bathroom, will be available at all times for work crew. Plan for trash/demo removal contractor is responsible will use one of our two.
