Determination: This 2nd day of March. 2020the following alterations have been approved as
represented in the land use application, with no conditions.
Project Details and Review Criteria
The applicant is undertaking work that will alter the exterior fa4ade of the building by:
• Adding one new window opening to the rear (south) elevation.
The project qualifies for a Certificate of No Negative Effect according to Section 26.415.07O.B of the
Municipal Code as it entails alterations to a non -primary fagade of a designated building.
Based on the review of the applicable Historic Preservation Design Guidelines, staff finds that the work
will not diminish, eliminate or adversely affect the significant historic and/or architectural character of
the subject property on which it is located and that the design guidelines applicable to this scope of
work are met, with no conditions.
As a designated historic resource listed on the Aspen Inventory of Historic Landmark Sites and
Structures, this project is exempt from Residential Design Standards, Section 26.410.O10.C.
