The property is a condo and part of a 2-condo property at the end of the cul-de-sac. There is no formal HOA. The neighbor is aware of the project and does not live locally. He has given permission for us to park in his driveway if we need to. The project will not have any impact on public utilities, stormwater drains or water mains. IMPLEMENTATION: The project will begin immediately upon the issuance of the permit. There is good access and the scope is minor and should be completed within 1-2 weeks. Work will be performed during allowed hours only (7:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, and occasionally on Saturdays between 9am-5pm) WASTE REMOVAL: The demo was already completed since the material was infested with carpenter ants and was removed offsite immediately after deck collapse. Any additional waste and/ or demo material will be exported offsite via dump trailer parked onsite and removed as needed. We anticipate max 1 load of waste and debris to be removed. Waste from personnel such as drinks cans, lunch wrappers, etc. will be maintained inside the unit and recycled or removed along with other household garbage. There will be no soil disturbance on this project. There will be no trees affected since there are no trees withing the area of scope of work. NOISE & SUPPRESSION: There will not be any loud continuous noise in excess of 80 decibels – we do not anticipate use of noisy equipment or noisy operations, only drills, saws and hand tools. There will not be use of any heavy equipment. PARKING & STAGING: Staging will be performed onsite. There will be few subcontractors involved and not more than two or three onsite at a time – therefore we do not anticipate any parking issues. There is ample room to park in driveway since the neighbor also has permitted us to park in his drive and won’t be in residence. There will not be any obstruction to the public right of ways, or streets at any time during this minor project. PERMITS: The full plan set for permitting is attached with this CMP including all relevant drawings. There are no associated permits expected to be required.
