The City of Aspen permit process works as follows: Completeness Review: I will be reviewing your permit application for completeness in the next 5 business days. At that time, it will be put into the permit work queue. I may need to meet with you—either in person, over the phone, or via a virtual meeting—before I can finish my completeness review to ensure that I have a full understanding of your project’s scope. If you need to contact me about your permit, I encourage you to use the Chatter feature on your permit on the applicant portal. When you use Chatter, I get an email, but it also gets attached to the permit record in the back office. So, anyone looking at the permit can see the conversations.
