Replacement of exterior tile for concrete does not require further planning review. Please submit this email
with your building permit so that the permit coordinators are aware that no further review is required.

walk in hours to speak to the planner of the day. Our walk in hours are
Monday-Friday from 8:30-12:30. Once you have gotten this process started,

I would recommend reaching out to our planning team at
planneroftheday@cityofaspen.com as you are wanting to make exterior changes.
A pre-submittal meeting may be a good idea to discuss the details of what
you will need document wise to submit this permit application. Let us know

Our scope of work for the Galena Lofts HOA is to remove the tile and
concrete from the third floor deck and 4 landings only and replace it with
colored concrete. See photos attached.
