Re: Aspen Highlands Lot 5 Condominium Map
Dear James:
Enclosed are two (2) copies of the Aspen Highlands Lot 5 Condominium Map for city
review, approval, and signatures. Building 5 is very similar to Building 4 in that it is a
mixed use building that includes affordable housing (rental, ownership, and dorms) as
well as plaza level retail.
We tried to incorporate all of Nick Adeh's comments on the Lot 4 & 8 map regarding
snow storage, trash storage, etc. on this Lot 5 map to reduce the revision time. We have
initiated the lottery process on the for sale affordable housing in this building and
anticipate closing these units by August 15th. Consequently, we would appreciate the
City of Aspen's cooperation in a timely review to facilitate this schedule.
