Hi Mike,
We would like to extend the building permit listed above, for another year if possible
please.
Having recently started a local fitness business - Ritual Aspen, between raising a young
family and working full time, we haven't been able to start our remodel on our townhome
in Burlingame phase 1.
The main issues have been finding a contractor to commit to our project which is small
in relative standards in Aspen. The problem is also the seasonal sensitiveness of the
project as the roof needs to be lifted, exposing us to the elements. This has given us a
very small window, preferably spring or fall ( summer is too busy for us both)
With this being said, we are looking at the Spring of 2020 as our time to get started.
Please can you help us get the permit extended to make this work.
