Hello Nick –
In addition to addressing your initial comments, here are the design changes that we’ve
presented in the resubmittal:
The main roof will remain as existing, extended to reach the new north wall (replacing
the canted wall for the Living, Dining and Kitchen, as was originally proposed). Re: A1.5
(Roof Plan), and A3.0 – A3.3 (Building Elevations).
The roof above the Entry, Entry Stair and Landing will be replaced by a flat roof. Re: A1.5
(Roof Plan)
The hot tub and deck extension of the existing deck off the Living Room has been
deleted. Re: A1.4 (Main Floor Plan – Proposed)
A portion of the proposed rear deck has been deleted to fit within the setback. Re: A1.4
(Main Floor Plan – Proposed) and Z-004 (Site Plan - Existing and Proposed)
The rear deck stair has been reconfigured to accommodate the deletion of deck to fit
within the setback. Re: A1.4 (Main Floor Plan – Proposed) and Z-004 (Site Plan - Existing
and Proposed)
We propose to drop the lower level slab approximately 14”. Re: A1.3 (Lower Level Floor
Plan – Proposed)
A second window and window well were added to the north wall of the Lower Level. Re:
A1.3 (Lower Level Floor Plan – Proposed)
The windows and doors in the Living, Dining and Kitchen were rearranged. Re: A1.4
(Main Floor Plan – Proposed) and A3.0 – A3.3 (Building Elevations).
The existing Entry porch roof has been replaced Re: A1.5 (Roof Plan), and A3.0 – A3.3
(Building Elevations).
