The descriptions are organized by the sheets submitted and the clouded changes on each sheet for your reference. Sheet A 1.3 Lower Level Plan A The area below the Kitchen has been closed in to allow for a water tank for the sprinkler system. A concrete slab will be poured less than 5’-6” below the kitchen floor joists so no additional FAR will be added. Two-4’ electric heaters will be installed in the space. Also within this cloud we have indicated the window well that serves the egress windows from Bedroom 1. B The Shower and Closet of Bath 2 have been rearranged. C The existing bathtub remains in Bath 2 Sheet A 1.4 Main Level Plan A The existing wood burning fireplace will be replaced with a Majestic two-sided gas appliance. See attached Fireplace Registration Form and cut sheets. B Window removed from shower C Windows removed along this wall Sheet A 1.7 Roof Plan A Roof over existing roofs reconfigured to simplify design and reduce cost. Sheet A 3.2 Exterior Elevations Proposed A New enclosed Water Tank/Storage room with insulated door (Max U-value .28) B Existing Entry roof to remain. Disregard original proposed design. Extend entry roof over garage roof as shown. New cement board rainscreen paneling at garage and entry. C Same. Existing Entry roof to remain. Also existing chimney to remain. New cement board rainscreen paneling at garage, entry and chimney. D Elimination and change in windows on this wall. E New rainscreen system detail. Sheet A 3.3 Exterior Elevations Proposed A Existing Entry roofs to remain. Disregard original proposed design. New cement board rainscreen paneling added to garage, entry and chimney. B Elevation of this area revised to indicate existing roof to be tied into. C Proposed entry roof removed. Existing chimney to be clad with rainscreen. D New enclosed Water Tank/Storage room. 06/20/2019 Sheet A 3.4 Exterior Elevations Proposed Hidden A Clarification in notations regarding hot tub. B Existing Entry roof to remain. Also existing chimney to remain. C Elimination and change in windows on this wall. D The Shower and Closet of Bath 2 have been rearranged.
