THE FOLLOWING REFERRAL DEPARTMENT ITEMS SHALL INSPECTED AND APPROVED ON
OR BEFORE OCTOBER 1, 2018 OR THIS TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (TCO)
BECOMES NULL AND VOID:
HPC & ZONING: The Applicant shall resolve the following in order to receive a Final Inspection and
Certificate of Occupancy (CO) approval from the City of Aspen Community Department.
1. Revise a gutter installed on the front of the building from Kstyle to Box style.
2. Provide more information and potentially revise the location of a security camera that has
been installed on the front of the building.
3. Provide more information about speakers that are proposed to be installed in the
landscaping in front of the building.
4. Chiller Unit CH-1 will be lowered so that the height of the unit above the surrounding roof
is no more than 7' and this height will be verified by SGM
ENGINEERING: The Applicant shall provide the following in order to receive a Final Inspection and
Certificate of Occupancy (CO) approval from the City of Aspen Engineering Department.
1. All areas must be landscaped per the approved plans.
2. All drainage features must be installed per the approved plans including swales.
3. All temporary erosion control devices shall be removed.
4. The Applicant shall submit an As -Built survey of all drainage features on the property.
5. Submit a Grading and Drainage Certificate signed by the Engineer of Record.
6. Submit a video of any connections made to the City of Aspen infrastructure
demonstrating that the system is clean and in sound condition.
7. Provide the City of Aspen with an Operations and Maintenance Plan and Agreement
signed by the property owner.
8. All Right of Way improvements including sidewalks, cum/gutter, and any other approved
appurtenances must be completed.
