The scope of work was limited to testing of surfaces which were suspect for the presence of LBP and which would be impacted in the planned renovation work as described by the client's representative. Paint chip samples were obtained from several painted surfaces by a Colorado State and EPA certified LBP Risk Assessor, Mr. Douglas Close, and submitted for analysis to an ELLAP accredited laboratory. Discussion & Recommendations Laboratory analysis of the samples obtained can be summarized as follows: None of the paint samples showed the presence of Lead Based Paint. No special precautions for LBP will need to be employed in the planned renovation work which will impact the tested surfaces. irouglas A.
