Surprises upon demolition of existing conditions since the building was constructed in 1958. 2. Most existing roof drain lines and plumbing lines were either clogged or disintegrated. We had to become creative to fix the issues after demolition. a. Existing roof drainage needed to be revised to route back to existing drywell. 3. Minor lighting revisions as it did not work with existing concrete structure and actual MEP routing. CIVIL: 1. GENERAL NOTE: This updated set has already been submitted to Mike Horvath on 3/22/2018 2. Additional downspout at existing terrace / catwalk to new pit. 3.
