Bleeker, Unit A5, Aspen, CO Parcel No. 2735-123-11-026 SCOPE OF WORK (Complete scope of work noting all exterior areas affected by the proposed project) The exterior areas affected by the proposed work include three subject areas as follows. These areas are shown in the attached drawings: 1) Window Wells. The subject property contains four window wells. Two window wells below the existing deck are to be closed and not used. Two window wells are to be enlarged and deepened to meet the International Residential Code egress requirements. 2) Fenestration: The single existing sliding patio door is to be replaced with a larger new sliding patio door. There are 14 existing windows. 7 existing windows are to remain unchanged. 3 existing windows are to be deleted (Living Room and Family Room). 4 existing windows are to be replaced with larger units (Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room). 3 new windows are to be added (Master and Bedroom 2). The resulting total will be 17 windows total. 3) Chimney flue cap. The interior fireplace is to be replaced. Therefore the existing flue cap will be replaced with a similar cap conforming to requirements of the new fireplace’s manufacturer. Wayne Stryker Architect 12/04/2017
