Please let me know if anything required is missing. Responses to Building Department Commnents_1: 1. Landing is to be achieved by removing the door. 2. Mechanical Room door is to be weather stripped and equipped with self-closing device. All combustion air to be from outdoors. 3. Less than 32 sf of drywall is to be removed from party walls per drawing notes. Responses to Park Comments: 1. The prescribed conditions of construction fence, stored materials, excavation, parking, dumping, root cutting, pruning, site inspections, unapproved improvements or activities and permit postings shall be met. 2. Conditions of tree protection and absence of activities within the fenced area will be met. City Forester will be contacted for fence inspection prior to any activity and if need arises to perform any activity inside the fencing. 3. Tree protection fencing and access route location will be provided per the mark-up drawings provided. 02/12/2018
