We are proposing to replace all the siding on the unit. We intend to replace the air
infiltration barrier with a new one as well. An assembly detail with this information and what
is to remain / replaced is provided on sheet A1.06 detail 2. Existing flashing is to remain.
Safety glazing for the shower window has been noted on sheet A1.06 drawing.
We are not proposing new mechanical equipment with the proposed scope of work.
Existing mechanical equipment is to remain unchanged. Note 6 has been revied on sheet
A1.07
Comment #4
A note on sheet A1.08 has been added noting there is no proposed work on the upper level
lighting
Comment #5
Sheet A1.09 has been revised to note that replacement doors must have a max U value of
0.28
Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide.
All the best,
