A callout has been added to sheet C-104 to pothole the water service line at the proposed column, prior to construction. Contractor shall contact design engineer if service line conflicts with column installation. Dimensions have been added to sheet C-104 for drywell clearances. A variance has been submitted with this submittal for drywell location within 10' of the residence and the property line. An updated drywell detail has been added to sheet C-501. Insulation will be installed around the existing water service when it is within 7' of the drywell. A stabilization plan has been provided with this submittal showing how the drywell will be installed. The drainage report has been updated and describes that an impermeable liner has been added, which will direct water away from the structural columns and supporting soils. 2/27/2018
