It appears that the existing water
service line is within close
proximity of the new column
footings. It should be confirmed
with the civil engineer that the
water line will not be negatively
affected with operation and also
any future
maintenance/replacement.

A callout has been added to sheet C-104 to pothole the water
service line at the proposed column, prior to construction.
Contractor shall contact design engineer if service line
conflicts with column installation.
Dimensions have been added to sheet C-104 for drywell
clearances. A variance has been submitted with this submittal
for drywell location within 10' of the residence and the property
line. An updated drywell detail has been added to sheet C-501.
Insulation will be installed around the existing water service
when it is within 7' of the drywell.
A stabilization plan has been provided with this submittal
showing how the drywell will be installed.
The drainage report has been updated and describes that an
impermeable liner has been added, which will direct water away
from the structural columns and supporting soils.
