A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN,
COLORADO, APPROVING A CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ASPEN AND CUSHING TERRELL, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT AMENDMENT ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a Contract
Amendment between the City of Aspen and Cushing Terrell, a true and accurate
copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO,
That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the Contract
Amendment between the City of Aspen and Cushing Terrell, a copy of which is
annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and does hereby authorize the City
Manager to execute said Contract Amendment on behalf of the City of Aspen.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Aspen on the 28t11 day of June, 2022.

The Owner and Architect amend the Agreement as follows:
Provide additional design services to include Part 3: Design Development and Pan 4: Supporting the Land Use Entitlements
Project Revicw Process as outlined in Articles 3.1 and 11.1 and Exhibit A Cushing Terrell Proposal dated May 27, 2021 and
appended July 9, 2021 and July 14, 2021.
Provide additional design services to include Part 3: EGC Plus Design Development as outlined in Amendment 4 Exhibit E
EGC Scope of Services.
The Architect's compensation and schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
Compensation Adjustment:
