See attached details for reinforcing the single top plate supporting main level framing at Grid 4.8. 2. Stair stringer connections shall be reinforced with (1) Simpson L70 clip. 3. The (3) 11 7/8" LVL header noted on the roof framing plan at grid G is acceptable as shown. 4. Upper level joist framing at the bearing wall along Grid 6 shall have blocking installed per detail 1/S5.4. A single LSL block is acceptable.
