EFFECTIVE JUNE 22, 2017, CITY OF ASPEN WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPING
STANDARDS, ORDINANCE#16, SERIES 2017, SHALL APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
PROJECTS THAT USE CITY OF ASPEN POTABLE WATER:
Landscaping, grading, installing or disturbing hardscapes,additions to structures,etc. that has a disturbance
area greater than 1,000 square feet and requires a Major Engineering Review.
o All interior alterations with a work area that affects 50%or greater of the existing gross square footage.
