Dear Ms. Greenwood:
The City of Aspen Parks Department hereby authorizes Gretchen Greenwood Architects, Inc.the
submission of landscape and irrigation documentation package(detailed in section 4 of the Water
Efficiency Standards)for 210 South First Street prior to the completion of the landscape and irrigation
plan.The plan shall include irrigation and landscape plan for the north end of the property and right-
of-ways, as well as adjustments to the water budget calculation sheet. Completed plans must comply
with the Water Efficiency Standards,with consideration to the pilot phase allowance.
The applicant is responsible for submitting the required documentation for water efficient landscape
review prior to the second feedback exchange of the building permit review. Submission of the
landscape and irrigation documentation must be given to the Permit Coordinator.The Gretchen
Greenwood Architects, Inc. is also responsible for informing the Parks Department Landscape Plan
Review Technician the intended date of submission.

Landscape Plan Review Technician. Keep a copy of this document as proof of authorization.
