All construction in this project meets the prescriptive code requirements of the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code. The new roof will meet the prescriptive value of R-49 from Table 402.1.1. The new walls will meet the prescriptive value of R-21 (R20 cavity insulation + R5 continuous insulation) from Table 402.1.1. The new windows will have a fenestration u-factor equal to (or better than)the 0.28 (most are 0.28)factor listed in table 402.1.1. The new glass doors will have a fenestration u-factor equal to (or better than) the 0.28 factor listed in table 402.1.1. Copies of the windows and their specifications can be forwarded to you should you want to verify the values above.
