Applicable permits are as follows: Building Permit for:403 Lacet lane #To be determined. Mechanical Permit:Applied for by Mechanical Contractor. Plumbing Permit:Applied for by Plumbing Contractor Electrical Permit:Applied for by Electrical Contractor Tree Removal Permit-N/A Right of Way Permit N/A Copies of these documents will be attached to this document once they have been issued. 3.2 Project Sign A project sign shall be constructed and posted. It will include the items shown in Appendix A: Required Construction Sign. The sign will be posted in a location where it is readable from the street or driveway and shall meet criteria in City Municipal Code 26.510.03064. 3.3 Contact List See page 3 of this document. 4.0 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION 4.1 Dates of construction Construction is scheduled to begin TBD,and is expected to take 1 month. Any work being performed within City ROW shall be completed as per the City of Aspen Right of Way permit requirements. 4.2 Hours of construction 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. Contact information will be provided.All addresses within 300'of construction shall be notified before construction starts. 4.5 Public Health and Welfare All construction projects located within the City of Aspen shall up hold utmost respect to public health and welfare. 5.0 PARKING MANAGEMENT 5.1 Right of way management plan See Appendix C for location of parking.A ROW permit will be apply for driveway demo and excavation work in ROW. A temporary encroachment Permit will be apply for any deliveries that will stage in the ROW, including concrete. 5.2 Emergency Vehicle Access and Ordinance 35 AML Construction shall maintain continuous emergency vehicle access,on and around site, including but not limited to police,fire and ambulance services. This includes projects adjacent to roads and alleys.This project agrees to comply with Ordinance 35. 5.3 Construction Parking Details A parking plan is included in this document and can be found in Appendix C. Parking locations shall be designated for all parties involved in the site construction process. A permit is required for parking in the designated 2-hour residential parking areas. 5.4 Staging Areas The staging area locations are graphically represented in the attached document Appendix C.Staging and Material storage will be on private property. Note on site plan. 5.5 Trailer No Trailer needed for project Materials The location of materials storage is graphically represented in the attached document Appendix C. Waste Management The waste management locations(job materials storage,portable restrooms and waste management locations),are graphically represented in the attached document Appendix C. Loose job material storage is not allowed in ROW. The contractor agrees to comply with the City of Aspen's requirements of recycling of construction materials. All containers shall be covered at all times to prevent accumulated debris,litter and trash from blowing onto adjoining properties as stated in The City of Aspen Municipal Code. The contractor will supply a hazardous material spill cleanup kit,as specified by the City Engineer,which shall include a 25 pound bag of Floor-Dri(or equal),absorbent pads,and other spill kit materials. Deliveries will be coordinated so that only one delivery vehicle will be on site at any given time.The general contractor will also include an idling policy which will meet the City of Aspen requirements of no idling for more than 5 minutes with the exception of generators or engine driven delivery/hoisting type machinery. Hours of Deliveries Deliveries will occur between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.
