Color is traditional black low gloss. 3.0 Project Documentation 3.1 Permits All applicable licenses and permits will be obtained and maintained throughout duration of the project. No permits have been issued at this time. 3.2 Public Notification Contractor will send notifications to neighbors addressing project traffic and possible loud noises at least 10 Days prior to job start 3.3 Project Sign See attached sheet C 3.4 Contact Designation See attached sheet B 4.0 Project Implementation 4.1 Dates of Construction RECEIVED 07/08/2022 ASPEN BUILDING DEPARTMENT Start Date is TBD. Shooting for Late July. 4.2 Hours of Construction Construction hours will be limited to 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday and 9-5 Saturday. No work will be done on Sunday or City specified holidays 4.3 Sequence of Construction The shake will be removed and the home will be dried in. We will then start laying panels 4.4 Neighboring Properties Neighbors will be notified 10 days in advance to construction start date 4.5 Project Fencing No fencing needed 4.6 Natural Environment N/A 4.7 Wildlife Habitat No impact to wildlife 5.0 Site and ROW Management 5.1 Parking Management& Right of Way Three cars will be present during project. Parking will be in driveway or shuttled in. HOA has expressed strict no street parking. 5.2 Emergency Vehicle Access and Ordinance 35 Contractor will allow at all hour access to the job site for any emergency vehicle 5.3 Traffic Control A truck and trailer will be present for one day to drop material 5.4 Staging Materials will be staged on the property and possibly the roof. 5.5 Waste Management Native Waste will be used for our waste. Cones and a flagger will be present to direct traffic 6.3 Delivery Delivery will take half a day 7.0 Fugitive Dust Control N/A 7.2 Emissions All vehicles on site pass emissions. An electric compressor will be used for our nail guns. 7.3 Noise Suppression Noise shall not exceed 70 decibels as measured at the property line by a decibel meter.
