HomeMy WebLinkAboutresolution.council.101-14 RESOLUTION # 101 (Series of 2014) A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SOUTH MONARCH STREET PEDESTRIAN AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AS A CHANGE ORDER TO THE WAGNER PARK PROJECT WHEREAS, Academy Sports Turf is currently under contract to the City to complete the field renovation and drainage improvements to Wager Park. WHEREAS, the City wants to change order Academy Sports Turf's contract to complete the South Monarch Street Pedestrian and Drainage Improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASPEN, COLORADO: Section 1 That the City Council of the City of Aspen hereby approves the change order to Academy Sports Turf's contract with the City to complete the South Monarch Street Pedestrian and Drainage Improvements.
