This letter is being written at the request of Anne Grice Interiors and
Mr. Joe Lewis with Timberline Const., GC for the purpose of obtaining a remodel permit
for the above referenced project. The proposed renovation is to replace an existing
window with a sliding glass door of equal width as the existing window. Therefore, it is
anticipated that the existing window header beam and existing jack posts will be
sufficient to support the proposed SGD. There are no other proposed structural
revisions at this time. If this condition should change appropriate mitigation will be
provided. See attached plan. Should you have any further questions, please call or write.
